At Rovanna Pets we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at [your email] with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and either locate your package or send a replacement.

Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Rovanna Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at [your email] before your order ships.

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
