What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at support@rovannapets.com with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll make it right.
