Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@rovannapets.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at support@rovannapets.com with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we'll make it right.
