Refund Policy
At Rovanna Pets we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right we'll make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return contact us at rovannapets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Water fountains
- Slow feeder bowls
- Lick mats
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
